2026 Academic Year Global Citizenship International Joint Master Degree Programme International Student Admission Guideline

• Brochure Announcement Date: Available for inquiry starting December 20, 2025

• Eligibility:
  Eligibility and regulations for international student applicants are governed by the Ministry of Education (MOE) Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan. Any revisions to the regulations shall be subject to the latest announcements by the MOE.

• Selection Method: Document review.

• Quota: A total of 6 places for international students.

Step 1 Application

• Application Period: January 15, 2026 – May 5, 2026

• Online Application Procedure and Method:
  Please follow the procedures specified in the official admission brochure for this program (AY 115).

Step 2 Upload Required Documents

At the time of application, applicants must upload the following documents in order. All formats and content requirements shall comply with the university’s admission brochure:

1. Bachelor’s degree certificate
   (For applicants with equivalent academic qualifications, submit official transcripts of the highest level of education)

2. One Study Plan in English

3. Curriculum Vitae (CV) and Autobiography in English

4. Proof of Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.6 or above

5. Proof of English language proficiency

6. Other relevant supporting documents

7. One letter of recommendation

Step 3 Admission Results

• Announcement Date: By June 5, 2026

• Admission Criteria:
  Applicants will be ranked based on total evaluation scores, and the top 6 candidates will be admitted.
